Established in the latter part of 2009, Esquivias, Lim & Co., CPAs (formerly known as LS Esquivias JA Lim & Associates) specializes in finance, accounting & taxation, and management advisory services.

Luis Sixtus A. Esquivias, CFA, CPA
Partner
Luis Sixtus A. Esquivias or Luis is a Chartered Financial Analyst and a Certified Public Accountant. He graduated as Cum Laude from the University of the Philippines, Diliman with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Accountancy. Luis took up and finished his Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the Kellogg School of Management Northwestern University in the United States where he became a Top Student Awardee for Managerial Economics, an honor granted to only 15 of about 600 graduating students for their significant contributions to the academic programs at Kellogg. He passed the CPA Board Exam in 2002 and received his CFA Charter in 2015.
Luis is now actively doing his job as a partner in the firm. He cultivates client relationships for accounting and business consulting services and shapes strategy and defines key metrics for clients including better asset utilization, improved use of leverage, and development of project feasibility studies.
Prior to rejoining the firm, he worked for the Department of Finance as a Project Manager in the Privatization Group.
Joseph Angelo B. Lim, CPA
Partner
Joseph Angelo B. Lim or Joe is a Certified Public Accountant and a Chartered Financial Analyst Level I passer. He received his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Accountancy from the University of the Philippines, Diliman and graduated as Cum Laude.
He also worked as an Analyst and Financial Consultant of Joel Valdez & Associates, Inc. where he provided financial advisory and debt raising for different clients such as DATEM Inc, Earth & Shore Leisure Communities, Healthcare Business Development Partners Holding, Inc., Fil-Estate Group of Companies, and RS Concepts, Inc.
Prior to joining the firm, he also worked for Institute for Solidarity in Asia and Ernst and Young Transaction Advisory Services, Inc.
Deborah Blanca R. Esquivias, CFA
Consultant
Deborah Blanca R. Esquivias or Debbie is a licensed real estate broker and a Chartered Financial Analyst. Debbie graduated as Magna Cum Laude from the University of the Philippines, Diliman with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration. She is included in the Top 10 Board passers of the Real Estate Brokers Exam. Debbie received her CFA charter in 2014.
Debbie, being the firm's consultant, specializes in corporate finance and heads the financial advisory services offered by the firm. She is also the Director and Corporate Secretary of Elixixtytwo, Inc., a family-owned property leasing company.
Prior to joining ELCC, she worked for various large companies such as FTI Consulting, Ferrier Hodgson, and Ernst & Young Transaction Advisory Services, Inc.
Mark Adrian S. Asinas, CFA, CPA
Consultant
Mark Adrian S. Asinas or Mak is a Chartered Financial Analyst and also a Certified Public Accountant. Mak graduated as Cum Laude from the University of the Philippines, Diliman with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration & Accountancy. He also finished his Master’s Degree in the same university where he was became Top MS Finance Graduate. Mak placed 7th in the CPA Licensure Exam in 2006.
Mak is also an instructor in the University of the Philippines teaching Cost Accounting, Corporate Finance, and Investment Management.
Prior to joining the firm, his past employers were Jollibee Foods Corporation, FTI Consulting Administrative Services, Inc., NGL Pacific, Ltd., and Ernst & Young Transaction Advisory Services, Inc.
Christian Paul M. Bonguez, CPA
Senior Associate
Christian Paul M. Bonguez or Chrispaul is a Certified Public Accountant. He received his Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines.
He is a Senior Associate of the firm where he handles client’s book of accounts, and guides clients in preparing reportorial requirements of different government agencies such as BIR, SEC and Local Government Units. Chrispaul also provides consulting advices with regard to accounting and taxation on a timely basis as well as assists the partners in handling tax cases.
