Financial Advisory Services - Rochar Cosmeceuticals, Inc.

Rochar Cosmeceuticals, Inc. engaged us last February 2016 to provide them our financial advisory services. Our scope of services in this engagement includes the preparation of the financial model, assistance in the development of a term sheet and compilation of the information memorandum and also identifying and approaching potential lenders or investors. Also part of the engagement is providing them assistance in the negotiation and on the loan or equity documentation.

Financial Advisory Services - Filcomserve, Inc.

Last January 2016, Filcomserve Inc. engaged ELCC to provide them our financial advisory services. As part of the engagement, ELCC prepared a financial model for the company. Our firm have also assisted in the development of a term sheet and compilation of an information memorandum. ELCC is also the one in-charge in identifying and approaching potential lenders and/or investors as well as providing assistance in the negotiation and loan or equity documentation.

Financial Modeling and Valuation Engagement

Last June 2016, ELCC was engaged by Philippine Hoteliers, Inc to assist them in evaluating the acquisition of a world class training center here in the Philippines. ELCC prepared a financial model and compiled a feasibility report for Philiippine Hoteliers, Inc. Our firm also assisted in determining the value of the target company to be acquired.

Financial Modeling Training

On the year 2015, the Metro Pacific Investments Corp (MPIC) and Metro Pacific Tollways Corporation (MPTC) engaged ELCC to provide them our financial modeling training services. A two-day training sessions were held last August 2015 for MPIC and another two-day training sessions were held last November 2015 for MPTC. The trainings covered Intermediate MS Excel, Basic and Advanced Financial Modeling including hands-on financial modeling application session.

Financial Modelling and Valuation Engagement

1-Transport Equipment Aggregator and Management, Inc. (1-TEAM) engaged us in 2015 to assist them in determining the value of the company for the purpose of presenting it to investors, creditors and also to potential investors. In this project, ELCC prepared a financial forecast for 1-TEAM and for BeepLink (auxiliary business). The firm also performs valuation services for 1-TEAM.

Vaccine Development and Security Program

Glovax Biotech Corp. engaged us in 2014 to assist them in the preparation of the financial and economic analyses sections of the Investment Coordination Council Evaluation Report to be submitted to the Government of the Philippines. ELCC prepared a financial forecast and analysis and also identified and quantified the economic benefits and costs of the project.

Valenzuela Project

Grand Tetons Construction engaged us in 2014 to source financing for a 22. 5 million Low-Cost Condo Project in Brgy. Bignay, Valenzuela City. In this project, we prepared profitability analysis and financial model. We were also able to secure a financial investor. As of today, ELCC also do the marketing and selling of these affordable condo units.

Summer's Best

Tourplus Inc engaged us in 2013 to provide financial advisory services for a 4 million health and wellness project. This particular project is under the health and wellness industry. The firm provided an event funder to this project and also prepared a budget forecast as well as a score tabulator model.

Tandang Sora Town House Development

Adelina Realty Development engaged us in 2012 to provide guidance with respect to a 12 million townhouse development project. The project consists 32 houses on a 4,883 sqm lot.

In this particular project, we prepared feasibility study, financial model and profitability analysis.
