Valuation

We conduct valuation of different financial assets and liabilities using appropriate approaches relevant to the transaction and client objectives. This also includes valuation of intangibles, minority stakes, shares repurchases, equity and fixed income valuations.

Feasibility Studies

We assist clients in putting together feasibility studies or business plans for specific endeavors, transactions or projects. We prepare the financial aspect of the plan and coordinate with specialists and advisers for the market and technical aspects of the study.

Funds Arranging

We assist clients in sourcing funds or raising capital through debt, equity or a combination thereof for specific projects and endeavors.

Deal Structuring

We assist clients in structuring deals and transactions subject to the company’s mandate, legal and regulatory issues, and tax concerns.
